About Warren Schloss, BS, CADC
Warren helps people who are ready to address problems with drugs and alcohol, whether the issue is substance abuse or addiction. He provides counseling, support, direction and coaching for those in early recovery. Warren also counsels those in sustained recovery who are ready to work on recovery-related life issues.
It’s hard to get clean and sober, and staying clean and sober tends to bring out issues that can be quite difficult. Warren provides private, confidential treatment for the chemically dependent, and since 1994 has helped hundreds of men and women to address their alcoholism, drug addiction and related issues. His sixteen years of facility-based experience includes work at Friends Hospital, Malvern Institute and Rehab After Work.
Warren provides addiction counseling,
alcoholism counseling, early recovery support and ongoing recovery
support. He will work with you on recovery related issues and if
appropriate, provide you with coaching services. He maintains expertise
through his personal continuing education in drug and alcohol
counseling, substance abuse counseling, and all chemical dependency and
addiction related issues.
Warren also works with his clients on relationship issues. He successfully helps couples when one partner or both are in recovery. Addiction and Alcoholism are family diseases and the entire family needs to recover. Often guidance and facilitation through new and uncharted relationship territory and stress can help to foster the growth of harmony. This is true in both early and sustained recovery.
Sometimes clients are unable to participate in intensive outpatient or inpatient treatment programs. Warren has helped these clients to move through the earliest stages of recovery. When appropriate, he coordinates care with physicians who provide outpatient detox services to get a client safely through that challenging time.
Warren provides Addiction Awareness Education for employment related substance abuse situations.
In many cases he helps clients address return-to-work requirements. He has also counseled men and women with DUI arrests. Based on successful work with him, Warren has provided documentation that seems to have helped improve legal outcomes.
